Meet Charity Lovelace...

Charity has been designing and creating with textiles for more than 50 years. Taught by her grandmother, an expert seamstress, she created much of her wardrobe all through her youth and adulthood. In addition to sewing for herself and her family, she also developed sewing curriculum and taught many young people to sew including clients at a non-profit for homeless youth. She has sold her original designs on online platforms as well as local boutiques while also taking commissions for private clients. She loves incorporating vintage textiles and finds much joy in scouring antique and thrift stores for unusual materials to incorporate into her designs.
